Long Awaited Updates!

So, its been SO long since my last update and I have tons to update you all on.
Wyat is almost 6 months old and time is going by SUPER fast but SUPER slow at the same time.
Each day he does something new that it makes me want to push fast forward, because I can't wait to see what he is going to do the next day.
But yet I want to push slow down, so I can enjoy everyday to its fullest.

He is sitting on his own and has started eating baby food.
Which is WAY fun! Each time he makes the best faces!

We have had three big trips.
We have gone to Goblin Valley, St. George/ Nevada, and also Mud Creek.
Wyat's first camping trip was really fun and he did SO good.
I am very proud of him.

These pictures are from Goblin Valley.

Growing, Growing and more Growing :)

So, I know that it has been a really long time since I have given any up dates and pictures so I guess that is what I shall do.

I'll start with me going back to work. Yes, I know it was only for two weeks,
but it was a crazy two weeks.
I loved working again, but I missed my little man SO VERY much!
I now have a higher respect for any mother who has to work full time and has a new baby.
Its a lot of work! Now, that I'm not working I miss it, crazy how things work like that.

Life is going good. Chayse is still working hard with the American Fork
Fire Department. He has been ask to join the Utah County Fire Rescue Team.
So, he has been training hard with the team.
I have finished my class for my Associates Degree and am now working on my
application for the teaching program at UVU. I cannot wait to be done!

Now, on to something better... WYAT! :)
He is getting so big, interacting with everything around him, giggling, and rolling over.
He is SO smart. We are going to have our hands full once
he starts moving and talking.

Wyat is still on the small side of things, but he is growing.
We just had his 4 month appointment and he is now 13.6 pounds (22%) and
25.5 inches long (51%). I hope gets the Spencer height, and the Davis build, but I don't
know about the Davis build, but I can always hope. :)

Picture Time!! :)

Wyat's Blessing and more....

So, over the last couple of weeks we have gotten many smiles, giggles, getting big and strong, learning to roll over and getting an AMAZING blessing from daddy.

Doesn't he look cute in his white suit? :)

Wyat is starting to find his voice, so he loves to tell stories.
I love being a mommy!
Everyday I wake up to a loving smiling face.
I get to see the love of my life being a dad to the cutest little boy.
Life could not be better! :)

Blessed!

So, today I have been thinking a lot about how blessed I am. I have an AMAZING husband! I love Chayse so much! I really couldn't ask for a better man to spend eternity with. He his a man who puts up with me and my many moods that come with being a new mother. He tells me he loves me on a daily basis. And most of all he has given me a beautiful baby. A baby who couldn't be more perfect (he might be small, but he is PERFECT!!). I truly believe that the Lord knows when the right time is to send down his little spirits. Since having Wyat my love has grown to level I didn't even know existed, for him, Chayse, and even myself.

I love being a mom. Yes, it can be hard and trying every day, but Wyat always seems to know when I am down and needing a pick me up, he looks at me and gives me the biggest, brightest smile that just melts my heart. I couldn't be more happy with my life and my family then I am right now. I also, have more respect for my mother. Knowing everything I am doing for Wyat my mother had to do for me, but with a toddler running around. She is an incredible woman. I love her dearly.

Also, on top of my husband and son, I have an AMAZING father! He knows the right things to say to make me smile and to make me feel like I am the best person and smartest mother he knows, other then my mother that is. :) He is someone I hope to be like when I am older, honest, loving to EVERYONE, GREAT with words, church calling and his family. I couldn't ask to be a part of a better family. We might be a little weird or crazy when seen from the outside but we are perfect in my eyes.

Now, for new Wyat pictures! :)

Wyat 1-2 months

So has many of you know I had the cutest baby ever
(I know every mom says that).
So, I have many things to post.

We had Wyat Ephraim January 3, at 2:31 pm. He was 6 pounds 9 ounces and 18.5 inches long.
Labor was SUPER easy and only 11 hours, I would go through labor over pregnancy any day :).

8 Hours into labor and feeling GREAT! Wyat getting cleaned and weight.
Giving birth to him was one of the most
AMAZING things I have ever done in my life.

Proud new daddy!
Sleeping so peacefully.

We, took A LOT of pictures so I will post my favorite ones of his first two months of life.
(This is for you Grandma Jo ;))Day 4
Grandpa and Cousin James, AKA 'The Tank'
It's crazy how they are only two months apart and the size difference is HUGE!!
Big brother Bruno saying 'hi' after many days of not going near him.

It is so funny for the first month whenever Wyat cried Bruno would go hide in the bathtub behind the shower curtain and just pokes his head out
Wyat at his 2 week appointment he had gained a 1.5 pounds and grew 2 inches, but he was only in the 25 percentile all around. He is very little for his age.Hanging out with mommy

These are some of the pictures I took when he was one month old.
It kind of looks like he is laughing, but he was SO mad at me and was bawling.

It was nap time :)

He loves bath time, he could be crying his eyes out and
we put him in the tub and its nothing but smiles. :)
I stepped away from the boys for a minute and when I came back Wyat was holding Chayse's finger

We just had his 2 month appointment and he now weights 10 pounds 13 ounces and is 23 inches long. For his height he is in the 50 percentile, weight 30%.

The Joy of Life

So, it has been a VERY long time since I have last posted anything and thought that it is time that I do so. With only one more week till we are in our third trimester and all of the holidays coming, I know that time will be FLYING by faster then it already has. With that I have been thinking a lot about being a mom and how wonderful being pregnant is (and for the most part very easy:)). So, for the last little while I have been thinking about the fears I have with what is to come; will my son be healthy? Will I go into labor fast? Will my water break when I am out and about? Will I be a good mother? Will he be smart? And so on and so forth. But I had to stop and think today about what joy he is going to being into our home and our families. Yes, I am still a little scared, but I know Chayse and I can do it and I am SO excited to do so. How blessed we are to be able to being another little soul into this world!

Any who, I am now 26 weeks only 14 to go!! I cant wait to meet the little guy!
We had a doctors appointment the other day and every thing looked GREAT!! I am measuring right on and the little guys heart was beating really strong and fast and can I say I could never get sick of the sound of his heart, AMAZING!!

One of the things I will never get over is how COOL it is to feel him move! At first it kind of freaked me out. I didn't expect it to feel like that, but it never gets old to lay in bed at night and feel all his movements.
I remember the first time Chayse felt him kick. We were camping and for some reason we were both up at 4 in the morning and he was kicking away, so I grabbed Chayses hand and when he kicked Chayse was all, "Was that him?" It was the most incredible moment.
Chayse is going to make an amazing Father!
I cant wait to see him holding the little guy in his arms!

Updates!!....

So, we just got home from a MUCH needed vacation!!
And of course it was camping on the Boulder Mountain none the less :)

After a long day at work, a crappy doctors appointment (more on that later in this post)
and a long drive, we FINAL made in to the camp site around 9:30 PM, so we had just enough time to level the trailers and put out the bed to get some of that much needed sleep.

Day 1

The starting of the day was WONDERFUL!! Blue skies, cool weather, didn't get above 80 the whole week, delicious omelet, and most of the family together.

Later in the afternoon my grandparents joined us and grandma Jo had a really fun game that Chayse and I put together....

this is when the bad things started. :(

First, I let myself get to hungry, so I was getting sick. One of the only times I have been sick.

Second, I was going to fast putting together the Golf game and hit my face with the pull and cut my nose.

Third, with this new thing growing in front of me, it has made me very clumsy... I tripped :(

And lastly, while getting ready for bed I wasn't paying attention and walked right into Chayse while he was taking his shirt off and got punched in the face.

Day 2-5

Nothing real special happened on these days and are pretty much the same.

Played Golf ...Grandma and I were the Champs!!

Went Fishing ... I am happy to say I caught the BIGGEST fish :)

Hiking ... can I tell you it was VERY HARD!! Of course it is just Because I have been milking the last 14 weeks...

I always love going camping, but it is ALWAYS nice to come home and shower and
sleep in a real bed.

14 weeks!
Now, on to baby news!!! :)

We had a doctors appointment on the 14th to hear the heart beat
and I am sad to say we didn't hear a thing. The doctor we went to that day decided it
was more important to talk the whole time and not let us listen to the heart.
Now, come to find out EVERYONE I have talked to said this doctor is a total dink.
And I have ask to never see him again and that he doesn't deliver our little one.
